The Ideal Move is looking for someone who is reliable, conscientious, dependable, and a Team Player helping each other to move our company forward and keep it on the right track.

Although experience and having a drivers’ license would be most helpful, it is not necessary. Moving is a physically demanding job so you must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day. We are in the midst of our busy season so work is available immediately.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year prior moving experience required
• Strong People Skills
• Customer Service
• Managing Crews
• Class A, B, C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Preferred, Non-CDL positions also available
• Clean driving record
• Drug-free workplace
• Ability to lift heavy items (80 lbs or more) while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
• Comply with and help enforce The Ideal Move’s safety policy.
• Be a leader for the moving helpers on the job and for the customer.
